CSI Helps Brewery Develop Consistent and Reliable Processes
The owners of a craft brewing operation decided they were going to invest in a new brewery and focus on retail sales. The owners said they wanted a reliable system to keep the bottles filled because it takes more than great beer to be successful; it takes consistency.
When the owners reached out to their brew house supplier and asked whom they should go to for process equipment, piping, and cleaning expertise, they were referred to Central States Industrial (CSI), who has been helping brewers refine their process for nearly 20 years.
CSI collaborated with the customer through multiple phases of the project. The result was a brewery that exceeded capacity, consistency, and reliability expectations.
The customer came back to CSI for additional piping, equipment, and custom fabrications as they continued to add capacity. CSI was the source for DIN and SMS fittings, as well as modifications to skidded systems and components from all over the world.
Since the opening of the brewery, CSI has provided assistance in implementing a custom clean-in-place (CIP) skid, mobile pump carts, filter assemblies, a keg filling, and CIP station, as well as many day to day components, parts, hoses, etc. CSI is proud to continuously be that brewery’s go-to source through two additional expansions.
