Central States Industrial Acquires Sierra Seals

December 1, 2022 - Springfield, MO - We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Sierra Seals by Central States Industrial (CSI) was completed on August 1, 2022. CSI is a leader in the supply of hygienic pipe, valves, fittings, pumps, heat exchangers, and MRO supplies and an engineering, design, and fabrication partner for hygienic industries.  

One important goal for our team is that Sierra Seals customers will see no interruption of service or product availability due to the acquisition. Customers will have access to more products, support, and innovative solutions. With a mission that states, “We provide value-added process components and systems for hygienic processes. We will understand the needs of our customers and work as a team to fill those needs” CSI and Sierra Seals move forward together as like-minded partners in serving customers with integrity.   

Sierra Seals set out in 2008 to build a company that continually adds to our scope of products and services in a quest to be your “go-to” source regarding the equipment and parts required to meet your processing needs. And that commitment has not changed. The relationships you count on with Sierra Seals will stay the same. Jeff Porter serves as West Region Manager, and Michael Porter is our Business Development Leader.  

Moving forward with this partnership gives customers more access and more service in the western US. Over the next few months, we will update Sierra Seals' branding with the CSI logo. The team will move to a new site in Ceres, CA, just south of Modesto.
