Crouch Supply Is Now Part of CSI
SPRINGFIELD, MO—On February 28, 2017, Central States Industrial (CSI) purchased Crouch Supply Company of Fort Worth, TX. Crouch Supply, its employees, and its locations have begun doing business as CSI. The combined companies are better enabled to better serve customers across the hygienic processing industries.
With the acquisition, CSI took on 19 new employees, along with an expanded array of product lines and capabilities. CSI also gained three new locations, expanding the company's reach throughout the Appalachian region and central United States.
"Throughout this process, our goal has been to keep the focus on customers. Outstanding service has always been a cornerstone of CSI, and it continues to be our highest priority," said Mark Cook, CEO.
Crouch Supply Company supplied engineered equipment and refrigeration to hygienic process industries since 1914. Over the years, Crouch expanded its services to include project management and installation, which CSI provides, along with industrial refrigeration and onsite service and repair capabilities.
As we move forward, customers can expect a continued quality experience from the same employees they have worked with throughout the years. By combining the strengths and resources of both organizations under one company, all customers have access to an even broader scope of products and services.
