About Pasteurization HTST

At Central States Industrial (CSI), our seasoned process engineers, project managers, and designers work hand-in-hand with customers to ensure that each High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST) system is meticulously designed, budget-friendly, pre-tested, inspected, and thoroughly documented. Our commitment to excellence guarantees that your HTST system meets all your operational needs efficiently and reliably.

CONTROLS

CSI’s HTST control system features advanced Allen Bradley components and a fifteen-inch color touchscreen display, offering a user-friendly, efficient, and comprehensive interface for managing HTST operations. The display allows users to easily access and monitor crucial parameters, including holding temperature and time, flow rates, and other essential process variables.

Our legal HTST units comply with stringent 3-A and PMO standards and include essential components such as a balance tank, a heat exchanger with regeneration and cooling sections, booster and stuffing pumps, optional homogenizer, legal (or non-legal if applicable) holding tubes, flow diversion devices, chart recorders, and a PLC cabinet equipped with a dedicated PLC for the legal portion of the system.
