About HTST Pasteurization Skids
The experienced process engineers, project managers, and designers at Central States Industrial (CSI) collaborate with the customer throughout the entire process to ensure every High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST) system is properly designed, on-budget, pre-tested, inspected, and documented.
CONTROLS
CSI’s HTST control system with Allen Bradley components and fifteen-inch color touchscreen display is a simple, intuitive, efficient, and comprehensive way to manage the operation of the HTST. Through the display, the user is able to access and monitor critical parameters such as holding temperature and time, flow, and other parameters relevant to the process. Non-legal setpoint changes can also be made from the touchscreen, which is password protected to prevent unauthorized adjustments.
Our unit adheres to 3-A and PMO standards and includes a balance tank, heat exchanger with regeneration and cooling sections, booster and stuffing pumps, optional homogenizer, legal (or non-legal if applicable) holding tubes, flow diversion devices, chart recorders, and a PLC cabinet with a separate PLC for the legal portion of the system.
