Alfa Laval BladeClean
Alfa Laval's BladeClean makes cleaning tanks with center obstructions easy. Built for permanent installation, the retractable cleaner is installed into the bottom of the tank and quickly and effectively cleans the underside of tank agitator blades. It creates a cone of water jets up to 25 feet in distance and 30 psi. By eliminating confined space entry and reducing cleaning time, the BladeClean boosts overall tank productivity.

Working Principle
Designed for permanent installation, the retractable Alfa Laval BladeClean is installed into the bottom of the tank and when activated, operates at 30 psi and higher, causing a cone of water jets up to 25 feet to spray upward at the underside of the tank agitator blades. Reaching up to 10 pounds of force, the water jets clean the agitator blades of product residue.
