Ampco HST HL Series Homogenizers

HST HL homogenizers are built on the sturdy design of pre-2000 Gaulin models and are recognized for their high efficiency, durability, and versatility in processing various products. They are capable of operating at pressures ranging from 100 to 700 bar, making them effective in breaking down particles to create uniform consistencies in food products. Their design incorporates horizontally oriented pistons, which enhances efficiency and minimizes piston wear during operation.

These homogenizers offer flexibility with configurations for either single-stage or two-stage homogenization, accommodating different process requirements. Additionally, HST HL homogenizers can be equipped with a variety of valve materials, including stainless steel, sintered materials, or ceramics, making them suitable for handling abrasive or corrosive food products. An aseptic model is also available for applications requiring sterile processing.
