Application
The AC+ centrifugal pump offers a balanced and redesigned threaded shaft and impeller nut design that increases seal life. All wetted components are made of 316L stainless steel, and the hopper style system can induce up to 350 pounds per minute. The AC+ Dry Blender is easy to maintain and operate. It is well-suited for food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, and chemical applications.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The AC+ Dry Blender uses the proven design of a tube-within-a-tube and a centrifugal pump, but with the improved shaft and threaded impeller nut construction of the AC+ pump.
The tube-within-a-tube design keeps dry ingredients and liquids separated until they are introduced in the mixing chamber, while maximizing induction vacuum. Dry ingredients are introduced without excess air, effectively preventing lumping and foaming. Fast, uniform, and continuous material absorption occurs up to 350 pounds per minute.

The Dry Blender has a completely sanitary design and is clean-in-place capable (CIP-able). It is affordably priced and customizable; several optional features are available. The Dry Blender can be rented or given a trial. It is manufactured and assembled in the United States and is delivered in four weeks, on average.
