AL-6XN® Alloy Tubing
CSI stocks a large amount of AL-6XN pharmaceutical and sanitary (hygienic) tubing in sizes from 0.5 inch (12.7 mm) through 4 inch (101.6 mm).
The AL-6XN (UNS N08367) tube CSI carries goes through a rigid inspection process meeting ASTM A270, ASME SA249, and ASME SB676 specifications. It is widely accepted in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, personal and home care, food, beverage, and dairy processes.
Specifications
CSI's welded AL-6XN tubing is in compliance with ASTM A270/A249/B676 and ASME SA2449/SB676.

Diameter: 1/2" (12.70 mm) - 4" (101.6 mm)
Tubing Lengths
Tubing is provided in random lengths, 20 ft. ± 1.0 in. is typical (not less than 17 ft. lengths).
Packaging & Marking
All of CSI's AL-6XN tubing is marked with a full line stencil on the tube OD for traceability.
Tubing is plastic sleeved and capped on polished and electropolished tubing.
Certification & Documentation
MTR (Material Test Report) according with EN10204, 3.1 shipped with every order.
