SVF SB7 Series Ball Valve
CleanFLOW™ SB7 ball valves from SVF are engineered to be a true process piping component to specifically meet the demanding processes found in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the food and beverage industry. The tube-ID port opening is dimensionally identical to the adjacent tubing to comply with ASME-BPE guidelines. The standard TFM1600™ seat material complies with 21CFR 177.1550.

Standard Design
The SB79 Series Hastelloy® ball valve is ASME-BPE compliant. It's designed to be silicone free and has complete 316L stainless steel cast construction.
Chevron v-ring stem seals assures low friction and leak tight performance (sizes 2.5 inch ~ 4 inch only). There is controlled delta ferrite chemistry, and a locking device is standard on three and four inch valves. There is a cavity filled TFM1600™ seat option available. The valve has a drainable design with tube-ID dimensions. There are weld bosses for easy purge porting on ends and ISO 5211 mounting pad for easy actuation.
Encapsulated body seals facilitate welding without disassembly. End connections include Tri-Clamp® and extended tube O.D. The standard interior finish is 20Ra or better and the ETO ends are designed for orbital welding. The ball valve includes an exclusive “fine adjust” handle for precise positioning on sizes 1/2 inch ~ 2 inch.
